$40 minimum laundry charge before pickup, delivery, and upgrades. Rush and same day pricing is available on orders under 100 lbs placed before 3:00 p.m. ET.

One fee covers both collection and return delivery. Distance is measured by road from our processing location; our team confirms your zone before pickup.

Extended-area requests are subject to route availability and may be declined. We group pickups and deliveries into neighborhood routes; exact times are confirmed by our team. These delivery fees apply to pay-as-you-go orders. All memberships include free pickup and delivery; extended-area service remains subject to availability.

Membership terms
- Pillows, down and down alternative laundry, and rugs are not included and are priced separately.
- Each included membership bag covers up to 40 lbs, even if the bag physically holds more. Excess weight is charged at the regular Wash, Dry & Fold rate of $2.49/lb. Do not overstuff bags. The $40 minimum applies to pay-as-you-go laundry, not the included membership allowance.
- Unused monthly services roll over to the next month and expire two months from the date issued.
- After initial signup, re-signup for this or another plan is limited to every 30 days.
- Free laundry bag(s) are issued at initial signup only. The number of bags depends on the plan chosen.
- Same day service is not included in memberships and is charged separately at $3.49/lb, subject to availability. Orders must be under 100 lb and placed before 3 p.m. ET.
- Pickup and Delivery windows are between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. All memberships include free pickup and delivery. Our team confirms route windows and service availability.
- Hero membership requires verification of an eligible ID.

Laundry Service Policies & Procedures
Please review our care guidelines and service policies before sending your laundry.
Suitability for Wash, Dry and Fold
By using our service, you agree that your laundry is suitable to be laundered. We assume that items placed in our care can be washed in water on a normal cycle and dried using heat in a tumble dryer. AX Laundry cannot be responsible for damage to clothing that is not suitable for this standard laundering process.
We reserve the right to refuse items we consider hazardous to our staff, including items heavily soiled with human or animal waste.
Lost Laundry
AX Laundry accepts laundry based on weight and does not perform a piece-by-piece count. We take great care to avoid misplacement or loss, but items may occasionally be misplaced or lost.
If you believe an item has not been returned:
- Call us immediately, within 24 hours, to report the missing item.
- Double-check your home in case the item was not sent with your laundry.
Laundry Liability
If you still believe an item was sent and not returned, AX Laundry’s liability will not exceed $50 per garment, regardless of brand or condition. Total loss liability will not exceed $250 per order.
Damaged Laundry
AX Laundry is not responsible for damage caused by items left in pockets or laundry, including markers, pencils, pens, and makeup.
We are not responsible for clothing that shrinks, bleeds, or changes shape during normal washing and drying. Please check garment care labels before sending your laundry.
Our Guarantee
AX Laundry does not guarantee against color loss, poorly set dyes, normal wear and tear, pre-existing damage, severe soiling, lost socks, or mismatches.
We are not responsible for damage during normal washing and drying, including buttons falling off, beads coming loose, or hems and seams coming undone.
Stain Removal
AX Laundry makes every effort to remove stains but cannot guarantee that all stains can or will be removed.
Unclaimed Laundry
Laundry that remains unclaimed for 30 days through no fault of AX Laundry may be donated to charity. For delivery orders, this includes laundry we cannot return because the customer has not arranged or accepted delivery.
Text Message Preferences
AX Laundry may send laundry order status updates and important service notices to the phone number you provide. Coupons and promotional messages require your consent.
To opt out of text messages, reply STOP. If you opt out, you will no longer receive texts when your laundry is ready or about pickup and delivery. Please arrange another way to receive updates with our team.
